Mike deLeon
Michael H. deLeon, MSME - President, Consultant
Experience:
Mike deLeon has been an independent consultant since 1998.  He has over 20 years' experience in a broad range of industry, manufacturing, university research, and consulting, including: design and analysis of solar thermal equipment, development of train brake computer models and simulation software; failure modes and effects analyses (FMEA/FMECA) for train brake equipment; system design and analysis of electronically-controlled braking systems for freight trains; parametric sensitivity analysis for brake control valves; design of experiments methodology; analysis of patents; project management; technical papers covering research on air brakes and computer modeling for freight trains; development of elevator motion controls; noise and vibration control, electronic design, and manufacturing process planning.  He also has experience in audio systems, sound reinforcement, property management, maintenance, construction, general contracting, residential heating, and energy conservation.

B.S. Engineering - University of Hartford
